Instructions
1. Prepare the Base:
• In a large pot, combine one sliced onion, 1 minced garlic cloves, chickpeas (if using dried, soaked), pinto beans (if using dried, soaked), turmeric, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, spinach, lentils, and water.
