Mango Popsicles – A Tropical Treat!
Ingredients:
– 1½ cups ripe mango chunks
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions:
1. Slice and peel your mangoes, then toss the juicy flesh into a blender.
2. Add the honey and Greek yogurt, and blend until the mixture is silky smooth.
3. Carefully pour the creamy blend into popsicle molds.
4. Pop them into the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or until they’re fully frozen.
5. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy your cool, fruity creation! 🍦🌞
